Manchow Soup

The bold one. A dark, spicy Indo-Chinese soup of finely chopped vegetables, garlic, ginger and green chili in a soy-based broth, topped with a heap of crispy fried noodles that you stir in as you eat. Savory, peppery and warming, with real heat and a satisfying crunch. The opposite of our mild sweet corn soup. Vegetarian. Available at all three Curry Gate locations in Charlotte: Uptown, South Blvd and West 24th Street.
